Hey Wilco fans! When you purchase Wilco‘s new album The Whole Love at Garrett Popcorn Shops, $2 will be donated to the Jane Addams Hull House Association. The CD will be available tomorrow (9/27/11) at our 625 North Michigan Avenue, 26 West Randolph, Navy Pier, and Merchandise Mart locations.
Both Wilco and Garrett Popcorn believe in giving back to the community. We chose Jane Addams Hull House because of their work in improving social conditions for under-served people in Chicago.
The organization provides child care, domestic violence counseling and prevention, economic development, family services, job training, literacy training, senior service, foster care, independent living, and housing assistance for 60,000 children, families and community members each year. Hull House also advocates for social and public policy reforms and initiatives that impact the lives of the men, women, and children in the communities they serve.
