“Educate your children, make the world a better place,” says Rahmaan Statik, the artist Garrett Popcorn Shops commissioned to create the mural, Global Intellect. The theme is strongly represented throughout the work and Statik is “Happy to share a positive influence in an area that has influenced me.”

Spread the word that the first free standing Shop for Garrett Popcorn opens on Thursday, December 22. Fans can expect to enjoy music from WGCI, tastes of The Chicago Mix, and the completed mural by local artist, Rahmaan Statik. We hope to see you there!
The new shop at 87th/Cottage Grove will be open 11am – 7pm daily.
