The Museum of Science and Industry’s annual Black Creativity program highlights African-American achievements in science, engineering, technology, medicine and the applied arts. Black Creativity 2012 features the exhibit “Powerful: African American in Energy” as well as interactive educational programs that run throughout the year.

This Saturday, January 28 2012, The Museum of Science and Industry is hosting the annual Black Creativity Gala. All event proceeds go toward the Museum’s Black Creativity exhibitions and educational programs. Food, drink and dancing along with the Science Storms and Black Creativity exhibits will entertain guests through the night. Guests can also look forward to a Garrett Popcorn Shops® luxury gourmet popcorn bar to make the event even sweeter. We’re honored to be part of Black Creativity’s mission to support our aspiring youth!
